3. Payments and Refunds

All fees are outlined in a written proposal or invoice. Payments are due as per the agreed milestones. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of service. Refunds are only issued under circumstances where The Logicore fails to deliver agreed-upon deliverables, and are subject to the discretion of The Logicore.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, clients own the final project deliverables. The Logicore retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless stated otherwise. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, plugins) are subject to their own licenses.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive project information. This includes code, business strategies, credentials, and documents shared during the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Logicore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, any business losses or data breaches on client-hosted platforms, or delays caused by client inaction, third-party tools, or force majeure events.
